₹49 Demo Class Terms
These terms apply to the ₹49 demo classes and masterclasses booked on our landing pages. Everything not covered here is governed by our main Terms and Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. What you're booking
- One seat in a live demo class (about 60–75 minutes) or the 90-minute PYQ Decoding Masterclass, in the mode and slot you choose: online (live, via a link we send you) or offline at our Hyderabad campus.
- A counselling conversation with our team about your preparation, by call, WhatsApp or in person.
- The fee is ₹49, inclusive of applicable taxes, paid online through Razorpay. When the "reserve now, pay at the demo" option is shown, the same ₹49 is paid at the start of the demo.
2. Your booking is confirmed when
the payment succeeds and you see the confirmation page, or receive our WhatsApp / email confirmation with your booking ID. If you chose "Next available slot", we'll confirm the date on WhatsApp.
3. ₹49 adjusted in your course fee
If you enrol in any Ace With Ease course after attending, the ₹49 you paid is deducted from that course fee. Mention your booking ID when you enrol. This adjustment can be used once per booking and has no cash value.
4. Service delivery
- Online: the joining link is sent to your WhatsApp number (and email, if you gave one) before the class. Please join from a device with a stable internet connection.
- Offline: the address and Google Maps pin are sent on WhatsApp. Please carry your booking ID.
- Nothing physical is shipped. Any handout shared in the demo is digital.
5. Rescheduling, no-shows and refunds
See the ₹49 Demo Refund & Reschedule Policy. In short: you can move your seat once for free, and the ₹49 is refundable only if we cancel or there's a payment error.
6. Conduct and content
- The class is for the person who booked. Please don't share the joining link.
- Recording, screenshotting or redistributing the class or material is not allowed (see section 4 of our main Terms).
- We may remove anyone who disrupts the class, without refund.
7. No guarantee of results
The demo shows how we teach. It is not a promise of selection, rank or marks. Toppers' results shown on our pages are their individual achievements.
8. Communication
By booking, you agree that we may call you and send you WhatsApp, SMS and email messages about your booking and our courses. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Notice.
9. Changes by us
We may change the faculty, topic or timing of a demo for reasons outside our control. If we do, we'll offer you the nearest alternative slot or a full refund.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. For any complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer first (see the Contact page).
