Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Ace With Ease IAS Academy ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data on our demo-class and counselling pages (acewithease.com/demo-gs, /demo-telugu, /demo-anthropology, /pyq-masterclass and /booking-confirmed). It supplements our main Privacy Policy. We process your data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect

| In your browser only | We keep the first ad you came from in your browser's local storage for 30 days (awe_ft, awe_lt), so a booking made on a later visit is credited correctly. Clearing site data removes it. |
2. Why we use it
- To deliver your booking: confirm your seat, send the joining link or directions, send reminders, and reschedule if you ask.
- To counsel you: a counsellor may call or WhatsApp you about the demo, your preparation and the course that suits you.
- To measure our advertising: we tell Google and Meta that a booking or payment happened, so they show our ads to people likely to benefit. For Meta, your phone number, email, first name and city are converted into one-way hashes (SHA-256) before they're sent.
- To keep records of payments as required by tax and accounting law, and to prevent fraud and spam.
We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and for legitimate uses permitted by law (such as keeping payment records). We don't sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the demo funnel, and only for the purposes above:
- Hostinger: website and database hosting
- Razorpay: payment processing
- Google: Google Sheets (our booking list), Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement
- Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Conversions API (ad measurement), and WhatsApp Business
- Our WhatsApp Business API provider for booking confirmations and reminders
Some of these providers may store data outside India, under their own security commitments. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. If you join a course, your records are kept for as long as you're a student and as the law requires afterwards. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see below).
5. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we've shared it with;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we're not legally required to keep it;
- stop calling or messaging you: reply STOP on WhatsApp, or tell the counsellor on the call.
You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before. Write to acewithease@gmail.com from your registered email, or call +91 94296 91133. We'll respond within 30 days.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Bookings are stored on a server folder that isn't reachable from the web, and access to the booking list is limited to the academy's staff and the agency that manages our website and ads, Sysprola Technology Services Pvt Ltd.
7. Age
Our demo classes are for aspirants aged 18 or above. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must book for you.
