These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and all courses, live classes, recorded lectures, test series, mentorship programmes, PDFs and other digital study material (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Ace With Ease IAS Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
• You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to keep it updated.

2. Account and Access

• Each enrolment grants one single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased content for the stated validity period.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Sharing credentials, concurrent logins from multiple devices, or granting access to any third party is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.
• We may limit the number of devices, IP addresses or video-play counts associated with a single account for anti-piracy purposes.

3. Course Content, Validity and Changes

• Course validity, batch dates, class schedules and inclusions are as stated on the individual course page at the time of purchase.
• We may reschedule a live class, substitute a faculty member, or update, revise or re-record content to reflect changes in the UPSC syllabus, examination pattern or current affairs. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
• Recorded content is made available for the validity period only. Access ends automatically on expiry.
• Free or promotional content may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and within the Services — including video lectures, notes, answer models, essay frameworks, question banks, evaluations, graphics, logos and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ace With Ease IAS Academy or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing, launch discounts, or run promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not apply retrospectively to completed purchases, and an earlier or later price does not create a claim for refund or price adjustment.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after successful realisation of payment. If a payment fails after debit, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Ace With Ease IAS Academy operates a no-refund policy on all digital courses, test series and study material, since access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase. Please read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment. By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and accept that policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian law;
• attempt to bypass DRM, watermarking, geo-restriction or any other security measure;
• upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing or infringing;
• interfere with, probe or disrupt the servers, networks or systems used to deliver the Services;
• impersonate Ace With Ease IAS Academy, its faculty, or any other person.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Our Services are educational and preparatory in nature. Ace With Ease IAS Academy makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of selection, rank, marks, qualification in any stage of the Civil Services Examination, or any other outcome. Results depend on individual effort, aptitude and factors outside our control. Testimonials and past results reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar outcomes.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party sites, tools or platforms (including payment gateways, video hosting and messaging services). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace With Ease IAS Academy, its directors, employees and faculty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of opportunity, data or expected results, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, internet outage, force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — in particular the provisions on account sharing, piracy and acceptable use. Termination on these grounds does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.

12. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications from us via email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notification or telephone. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by writing to us at the address below.

13. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and takes effect from the date of posting. Continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance mechanism below, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
